We are in the process of purchasing a home that already has solar panels installed. We know nothing about them! We called Charles who walked us through checking the diagnostics of the system, the monthly expected solar output and system integrity. I called again because I had additional questions after further information provided by the seller. He ran several numbers for me and gave us so much helpful advice! I feel confident moving forward that not only our solar installation is correct, but that we now have some tips on how to not only run the house more efficiently, but also make money off the energy being produced! Aztec installed my system about 3 years ago and everything went wonderfully with the installation. Had a bit of a hiccup when I recently needed some repair service, but as soon as Mr. Crumply became aware of it he was right on it and is personally making sure I am satisfied. These are good people.
