Totalis makes renewable energy available to a wide range of clients with little or no out of pocket costs. The company develops on/off grid solar photovoltaic, solar hot water, car charging, LED lighting projects for apartments, hotels, schools, shopping centers, industrial, and other large users of electricity. We use licensed contractors who are experienced installers of renewable energy technologies to build our projects. Each project generates revenues from various incentive programs and the sale of power to building owners and tenants, generating revenue for property owners from covered parking and a share of the power sales.
