They advertise on Facebook. however, when I mentioned hail damage. I get a notification they responded but when I checked it was like they blocked me. So if you decide on Solar panels. inquire about a common thing in Texas known as hail damage. if it can destroy a metal roof. I can only imagine the havoc it can do to solar panels

Well they have charged money to a customer and not completing the job ... voice of customer group is filled with complaints.

Don’t do it, Don’t do it, Don’t do it! This is by far the worst experience with a company I have ever had. I’ve been dealing with solar1 since April… solar panels still not operating and it’s September! I’ve talked with several customer service reps, Michelle H and Matt S and still NOTHING! Nobody can give me answers! This is ridiculous. I’m about to start paying through my loan and panels are not operational….. Again since APRIL. The absolute worst communication. My friends and neighbors went with other companies and as an average they had their panels up and running within 4 weeks. Not solar1….we are going on 5 months!!! 100% unacceptable! Do not go with 1solar! If I could leave negative stars I would.

1 Solar installed LG panels and Enphase inverters. All good. 1 year up.

It has been a great experience from the get go. Knowledgeable staff, professional installation and good follow through on timelines and commitments. Keep up the good work.

1Solar has a great team of client management professionals. Each and every person I have interacted with have always been very patient and responsive to my comments. It’s been a great pleasure working with 1Solar and saving electricity bills from this summer of 2020. Highly recommended
