Synergy Power

Synergy Power installed our solar array and last year when we had an issue, they tried to back out of their warranty, told us to purchase a maintenance plan from a completely different company. Eventually they made good on that issue but it has popped up again a year later and now the company and everything associated has disappeared. It's kinda bonkers looking at the reviews here seeing a 5 star this year and yet...Energysage has their info listed and still with a 25 year guarantee but this isn't even 5 years later. It's extremely hilarious that the website for the recommended maintenance company describes the exact scenario of getting an awesome warranty but suddenly you can't find the company anymore so call them for your needs.

It may be a tad soon to write a review, as there has not been a power outage since Synergy Power installed the Generac generator for my home. But the installers were incredibly professional, kind, patient and easy to be around, and I am eager to share my delight. I am in my 80’s and really wanted something easy to get me through power outages, and this generator automatically switches on when the power is off (we tested it, it was perfect). The installer team members, Phil, Martin and Alex, were terrific, and I also spoke to two very helpful people on the phone (Mark and Rebekah). I feel so much more comfortable in my home now and I feel it is one of the best investments I have ever made! Thank you Synergy Power!

I purchased my solar system with Synergy Power about 6 months ago and it was a great experience all around! My salesman Marshall was very friendly, informative, and most importantly he wasn't pushy at all. I asked for a quote and was impressed with the video powerpoint presentation that was made for me. It included a lot of important information that was explained to me in a way that I could understand. Afterwards me and my husband had a few more questions and Marshall worked around our schedule and came to our home to go over them. Our home was built in the 1900's and our electrical system was outdated, he was upfront about the additional costs that would be involved if we wanted them to update our system. He explained all of this BEFORE we signed our contract so there were no hidden fees or surprise additional costs. Once we signed the contract there was a waiting period before the system could be installed because we had to wait on the city to approve permits. However, Marshall always kept us up to date and would send us texts to let us know what was going on. Once the permits were ready they were quick to schedule us and the crew that came out to install our system was also very friendly. I'm very happy with our solar system and the service I received from Synergy Power and would highly recommend them. Side note, I get an email every month telling me the equivalent of how many trees I helped offset which I think is very cool :)

Chose Synergy Power when shopping for our solar system 2 years ago and loved the experience. It was a great investment as our city and circumstances allowed for the elimination of our power bill. The workers were professional and everything was done in a timely manner. Very satisfied with the outcome.

I appreciated Synergy Power from start to finish. While researching all the local companies, Synergy stood out to me. They have been around for a lot longer than most companies. This was important to me for warranty reasons. If the company goes out of business you are out of luck. I also liked that the installers cared about symmetry and the overall aesthetics of how my panels would look. Synergy’s pricing was transparent and very competitive with the other companies. Their pricing was similar to the other companies but Synergy offered better panels. Lastly, after my install my system was acting funny. I called Synergy and they were at my house in 1 hour! They stand behind their product! Great company! I recommend to all family and friends.
