I’ve been trying to get in touch with this company for over a year and now just gave up. I wish I was savvy enough to read reviews and look into this company before I got my 70k solar power system. Worst company ever and unfortunately I was scammed. Stay away. I can be contacted by djquix@yahoo.com if anyone has any lawsuits pending I’m down to join jn.

Literally the worst experience i've ever had with a company. Ken Afra the sells rep made promise after promise and used deceptive tactics to get us to sign. A year later and we are left with under performing solar panels and still paying high electricity bills plus solar loan. Sunlight Financial is absolutely no help! They won't return calls or e-mails and keep saying someone will call back but never do. I created a Facebook group for victims of Victory Solar LLC. Find us on FB Victory Solar LLC Victims Unite. After an aggressive and assertive sales pitch, which promised a referral bonus, which I did two fully active contracted ones, Victory Solar took six (6) months from contract to switching on the system in my San Antonio, Texas home. Even then, my ground cable from the system is very exposed. In San Antonio, some, not including myself, of the customer received a letter stating that the warranty is moved to a second company called Bright Solar, who are difficult to contact. Victory does not answer emails or phone calls, not even out of courtesy for my simple request for the Enphase monitoring account. BTW my two referrals were never remunerated as promised either. I will never recommend to any person. I will be following up with my active-duty military for further assistance.

As with many other reviews, the sale was different from the installation. Still waiting for final completion over two years later. Sales Person - nice and helpful. However, tried to sell me the wrong 'system'. He suggested off brand panels. When I asked him to revise the quote with premium panels, the cost went down. I asked why? He said that the name brand panels were more efficient, so less were required, which dropped the product and installation costs. Why didn't he propose the lower priced name brand system first? Odd. Victory Customer Service - Rude. I was told by the salesperson that they run wiring through the attic. When the installation crew arrived, they said this job did not have the needed material. Victory CS said, "where does it say that in the contract?" I said, where does it not say that in the contract and he went silent and did not talk much after that. Installation Crew - A+, these guys were awesome and made as many accommodations as possible. Electrical Contractor - Butch (owner) is a jerk. The actual worker was extremely nice and even said what Butch was doing was wrong. They still haven't finish the project 2 years later (final job is the electrical panel upgrade). Nor did they ever call in the final electrical inspection. That arose during my AC installation and the inspector starting asking questions about the electrical portion of the solar job.

AS FAR AS WE CAN TELL BRIGHT SOLAR OUT OF DALLAS HAS BOUGHT VICTORY OUT TO SOME DEGREE BUT THEY HAVE ALSO GONE DARK OVER LAST 9+ WEEKS! ******************** Ref. Bright Solar (AKA Victory Solar) We Were Told By The Victory Solar Sales Person That They Would Make The First Six Months Of The Payments On The Solar Panels And Standby Generator For Us. But... They Have Not Delivered The Generator, Or Installed It, Or Made Any Payments As Promised By The Sales Person. Our Loan Contract Was Sold To You ie. Addition Financial And Reflects $33.5+K For The Solar Panels & Installation 'Plus'.... $14+K For The Standby Generator And It's Installation Which We Still Do Not Have! The Actual Total Was $47,515.48. Plus... Their Customer Service Has Not Answered Any Of Our Attempts To Reach Them By Telephone Over The Last 4+ Months. Please Respond By Text Or E-Mail Immediately!
