The placement looks professional like they have been there for a long time. I am very impressed with the aesthetic look of the all black panels. They are very professional and my project manager took care of all paperwork and was very communicative. They were done in no time. Everything was great. The app works flawlessly. It is over producing. I can’t imagine a better company for solar.

I was an experienced homeowner with a soar system. Hence I was very particular about what I wanted and didn't want. I interviewed several companies and rejected many. Overall I wanted a company that would continue to service my needs after the install and final payment. I also knew the panels I wanted and the backup battery. Negotiations with their Rep Gavin Steiner went remarkably well. He really listened to me and my needs. He met every expectation. Once the install began it went very well. Installers were sensitive to making it go well with a minimum of service interruptions during that week. Once installed Gavin continued to answer my questions, explain the Enphase app to help me monitor my system. Six weeks later I am very pleased with it. I am also confident of the support from SunRiver in the future.

Clear and concise contract, transparent communications, and nothing unnecessary. My solar project was installed in a timely manner and as agreed upon. The monitoring app was explained to me in detail after installation and I was introduced to the service department if something were to ever arise. I am looking forward to batteries next year. I recommend Sunriver Solar.

After exploring many Solar options we chose Sunriver. Multiple companies borderline harassed us with unending calls and e-mails trying to get our business, one company even pulled a permit for the solar installation at my house before we had decided we were even interested and without my knowledge! Sunriver was a breath of fresh air in comparison. They were straight shooters, beat every other company’s price and best of all, they are honest. When I called they would pick up or immediately text me. They were patient while I worked through getting the previous companies permit withdrawn, and when it came to installation day they had 99% done in a day and just had to come back to install a grounding wire! The contract was incredibly well-written, and transparent, including the Performance Clause. Their pricing is very competitive. Sunriver Solar’s customer service is second to none! It was such a pleasure to deal with a well-managed, competent company. The installers were very polite, pleasant, courteous and professional. In addition to all that, they did a great job! I was told two days for the installation, and “two days” it was! Sunriver Solar is not just a great company to deal with, they are an exceptional company to deal with!
