Sunriver Solar

After exploring many Solar options we chose Sunriver. Multiple companies borderline harassed us with unending calls and e-mails trying to get our business, one company even pulled a permit for the solar installation at my house before we had decided we were even interested and without my knowledge! Sunriver was a breath of fresh air in comparison. They were straight shooters, beat every other company’s price and best of all, they are honest. When I called they would pick up or immediately text me. They were patient while I worked through getting the previous companies permit withdrawn, and when it came to installation day they had 99% done in a day and just had to come back to install a grounding wire! I highly and strongly recommend Sunriver Solar!

Sunriver Solar was exceptional from the very first phone call, to the final inspection, and “Permission to Operate” from PG&E. There was never any pressure to buy. Every contact I had with Sunriver Solar, from the sales staff to the office personnel, to the installers, was a pleasant, informative experience. The contract was incredibly well-written, and transparent, including the Performance Clause. Their pricing is very competitive. Sunriver Solar’s customer service is second to none! It was such a pleasure to deal with a well-managed, competent company. The installers were very polite, pleasant, courteous and professional. In addition to all that, they did a great job! I was told two days for the installation, and “two days” it was! Sunriver Solar is not just a great company to deal with, they are an exceptional company to deal with! Sun river Solar was excellent from start to finish. From our first meeting with Leah to the completion of the project we kept informed, thank you Ashli. There were none of the all too often “surprises”. The the installation crew was professional. The installation went smoothly and they left the premises cleaner than it was when they started. First rate operation. And yes they were very competitively priced.

I wanted to get solar for my house in Davis, was referred to a few companies by friends, and after talking with them I chose SunRiverSolar for a few reasons: 1) The company rep visiting my house was personable and informative, and told me that I needed fewer panels than I had thought, so didn't try to up-sell me; 2) The equipment they use is excellent and reliable; 3) User-friendly: The staff is pleasant and responded quickly and professionally to every question I had, and 4) The installation went smoothly and was completed in a day. From start to finish Sunriver solar was a pleasure to work with. I was under pressure to have my project submitted to fall within the net 2 metering program. Sunriver was able to evaluate my needs, prepare a few options that fit into my budget. Once I signed the contract my application was submitted to the utility supplier for approval and was accepted.
