Charge to much money and I want my moneyback

This is a real scam company! I still got 15 euro on the account but they don't respond to anything calls, servicedesk or e-mail.

Couldn't use the charger

Signed up on the app, put my credit card in then app screen got locked so could not charge . Too many bugs in software and waste of time.

shady company

Very unhappy with this company. You have to call to cancel your account, very annoying and definitely a hurdle in getting out of their ongoing charges (account will charge your credit card if you go below $5) Also they tell you that if you cancel, you will not be able to have another account with the same email. Why? Just seems to make cancelling an annoying task. A "real" company would make all of these things easier. Just makes them seem shady. There are better placed to put your money for charging!!

Most annoying company ever

I have experienced the same issues repeatedly with Chargepoint and multiple tickets were supposedly filed, but they never fixed them.
