Able Energy Co.

I was one of Able Energys early victims. In my case they simply didn't install the same capacity equipment that they originally quoted and I paid for. They neglected to apply for the required permits and always had lame excuses for not doing what they promised. Now it appears that they have scammed a few hundred Minnesota residents out of millions of dollars of down payments. At this point they have had their license revoked and are not even bothering to show up in court when they are sued for taking the money and running.
