Once you figure out the owners 20 years of experience is worthless, his estimate of power output and reality were off by about 1/3 of the actual solar power generated. I was told I would have no problem with generating enough power to get a check back every year, BS After a year so I had good numbers, I called them on it. Oh you need an upgrade. I bitched and said I want it fixed let me talk to someone. I can’t get anyone to contact me, all contact info I can find, no response. I haven’t heard from anyone in a almost a year. It was completed feb 2019 . Only reason their getting one star is because it won’t submit.
