Took money then ghosted

We paid cash up-front to Global Solar Energy for a 21kw solar + battery system, then GSE ghosted us. The paid-for batteries and inverter were never delivered and the installation never finished. They took the money, and left wires and racks hanging unfinished on our roof. Strongly recommend never doing business with Global Solar Energy or Mr. Powell. We are now suing Global Solar Energy and Mr. Powell, alleging fraud and theft.

Don't work with them!

Installation was late, though I don't know if that was their delay. When it finally happened, installation went well, but then they didn't follow through with my local energy company and so the system didn't get turned on. I don't know if this was their issue or the company I bought the panels from (Nu Solar). But the real issues came when something with the system broke and I needed repairs. They promised repeatedly that it would be handled, telling me a few times that it would be done within the week, but it's been two months, and the system is still completely down. I call and never get through, leave messages, and never get a response. At this point I am paying for panels that are purely ornamental, with no timeline of when or even if they will make the repairs.
