GREEN NRG

Had a system installed in 2018-2019. Do not think it works now. Green NRG is nowhere to be found. All phone numbers do not work, no one to call. I am at a loss. Help?

We were guaranteed 100% solar energy generation of our consumption based on past bills as well as additional energy which we could sell back to electric company. As soon as 10/18, after panels were completely installed, the energy produced was much less than consumption. The city inspector also informed us that the equipment necessary to sell back kwhs was not even installed. When I emailed Thomas Mitchell, service coordinator, about this he responded with he would look into it and call me back. He never contacted me again and every email or number, including company’s main number, I contacted was either sent back as undeliverable or voicemail box was full with the exception of Thomas Mitchell whose number went to a messaging service with no call backs. Energy Enphase emails monthly summaries which claim generated kWh’s are almost double than actual amounts. Generated kWh averages 50% of consumption. The cost without solar for 20 years would be approximately $28,700. With the solar panels, interest and additional khw’s cost for 20 years would be approximately $45,903! The ONLY reason we considered solar was the 100% generation of consumption and the sell back incentive. The deception of this company, lack of service and failure to communicate makes me think this company is a scam.
