Tiger Solar

I’ve had tiger solar (alt energy then) for several years. After the ting outage in the martha Jefferson area knocked out my router and messed up my solar equipment they came out and put it back together. No charge. Great team. Plan to add more panels soon.

Tiger solar gave me a great cost and wonderful service. Their tech was very knowledgeable. I will use them again when i want to expand.

I got a system installed by AltEnergy (Now Tiger Solar) in 2021 and they were very professional, I had gotten several quotes from companies in my state while Tiger solar wasn't the cheapest they were in the middle and were local to my city so I went with them. I had a problem with my system not switching to backup about 2 months after install, I emailed them Friday night about it and they called me first thing Saturday morning and were out there before noon on Saturday to fix the issue. I also recommended them to my Mom who got a system from them in 2022 and they did a very good job there as well.

After getting at least six other quotes, I picked TigerSolar to do the solar panel installation. From the first interaction, they seemed like the most honest and straightforward company to deal with. In addition, the quote came in as one of the lowest. I'm delighted with the service received and how everything turned out.

I used the Michigan branch and had a great experience. They were honest and really cared about making sure the full experience was good. I had a small install, so many people no-quoted me since it wasn’t worth their time. Tiger gave me decent pricing and was helpful the whole time. The install was super clean both on the roof and at the panel.

From the moment I requested a quote online the team was quick to respond and fulfill their promises. The quote was resonable, took my personal finances as well as physical requirements from my municipality into account. The design was not obtrusive and met all local requirements. The service was great with the team onsite as well. They were friendly, trustworthy and courteous with me and my family. The system works wonderfully and my electric bill is almost negligible (with only my standard service fees applying.) The online data is intuitive and helps share the progress with others.
