Patriot left my home in a messy, dirty condition. Spoke to the office & owner Mr Mohammed.was told the company is not responsible for their negligence. They ignored my calls & told me whatever insulation got on my clothing can be washed at my own expense. Would Not recommend this company because of their irresponsible ways & uncaring to their customers.

My experience with Patriot Energy Solutions has been nothing short of a nightmare. They failed to close out our permits, resulting in a cascade of problems that caused significant delays and financial repercussions. To make matters worse, their customer service was abysmal and completely unresponsive. The failure to close out our permits had a direct impact on the sale of our home. The buyers rightfully held a significant amount of money in escrow until the permit issue was resolved. This created unnecessary stress and uncertainty, putting our plans on hold and jeopardizing the entire transaction. It was an absolute nightmare to navigate through this situation, all because Patriot Energy Solutions neglected their responsibilities. Throughout the entire ordeal, their customer service was virtually nonexistent. We reached out multiple times, seeking answers and assistance, but were met with silence. Our calls and emails were ignored, leaving us frustrated and desperate for a resolution. The lack of communication and support from Patriot Energy Solutions only added insult to injury. I strongly advise against using Patriot Energy Solutions for your solar panel needs. Their failure to close out permits and their complete disregard for customer service have caused immense hardship and financial strain. It's clear that they prioritize their own convenience over the well-being of their customers. Please save yourself the headache and seek a reputable company that values accountability and customer satisfaction.

Patriot Energy Solutions is the best company I have ever dealt with. They were so helpful from day one of contacting them through to when they left after finishing up all their work! The guys who came in are super friendly and neat which makes it easy for you as well since no one will know they were here (unless there's some sorta stain or something). Thank y'all again - this was a great experience !!!

I've had a pleasure of working with the company that truly cares about their customers. PATRIOT ENERGY SOLUTIONS is easy to deal with and they always go out if there way make sure everything's taken care off before we even ask! I love not worrying too much when its comes time for new panels because you know what happens? No more electric bills!! That’s right - no expensive monthly expenses That means i can save money each month on my utility bill which will help me get through school loans payments easier (Plus maybe some cash left over).

When I got the call from Patriot , I knew it was going to be a great day. Will and his team had installed my new solar system and it looked amazing. They were professional and communicative throughout the entire process, and I could tell they really cared about their work. I'm so happy with the results; my system is already covering all of my power consumption.
