Absolutely ridiculous business practice. They charge for a simple assessment, ya know a QOUTE to see how much their service will cost. Furthermore, they wont even budge unless you give them all your financial information even IF you have submitted to NYSERDA's energy programs on your own. This is an absolute clown show of a business. They sent personnel to my house only to tell me "give us your tax returns or we cant give you a quote." DO NOT waste your time. go with another vendor.

First they told me the installation would take several weeks, it took months. The electrician returned about half a dozen times making changes because it was not done correctly or to code. Once the job was completed, it worked for about two weeks. I have been calling them for months and nothing.

Like others have said, they make big promises — free refrigerators, stoves, new windows — just to get you to sign up. At first, they’ll call you nonstop to secure your agreement. But once they have your signature, they go silent, and everything slows to a crawl. I had to constantly chase them for updates. They said that we would get replamncent free refrigerators, stoves after the insulation. After finishing the insulation, they sent someone to "test" my stove, promising a replacement — which never came. Months passed with no follow-up. When I finally got through, I was told they no longer offer appliances. Same story with the windows. They agreed to replace broken ones, then kept delaying, saying they had to "reapply" or "start the process again." Weeks turned into months. Every time I called, it was like starting over. They only seem interested in large, profitable jobs like solar or insulation. Everything else? You're ignored. Bottom line: Do not trust this company.

Patriot left my home in a messy, dirty condition. Spoke to the office & owner Mr Mohammed.was told the company is not responsible for their negligence. They ignored my calls & told me whatever insulation got on my clothing can be washed at my own expense. Would Not recommend this company because of their irresponsible ways & uncaring to their customers.

My experience with Patriot Energy Solutions has been nothing short of a nightmare. They failed to close out our permits, resulting in a cascade of problems that caused significant delays and financial repercussions. To make matters worse, their customer service was abysmal and completely unresponsive. The failure to close out our permits had a direct impact on the sale of our home. The buyers rightfully held a significant amount of money in escrow until the permit issue was resolved. This created unnecessary stress and uncertainty, putting our plans on hold and jeopardizing the entire transaction. It was an absolute nightmare to navigate through this situation, all because Patriot Energy Solutions neglected their responsibilities. Throughout the entire ordeal, their customer service was virtually nonexistent. We reached out multiple times, seeking answers and assistance, but were met with silence. Our calls and emails were ignored, leaving us frustrated and desperate for a resolution. The lack of communication and support from Patriot Energy Solutions only added insult to injury. I strongly advise against using Patriot Energy Solutions for your solar panel needs. Their failure to close out permits and their complete disregard for customer service have caused immense hardship and financial strain. It's clear that they prioritize their own convenience over the well-being of their customers. Please save yourself the headache and seek a reputable company that values accountability and customer satisfaction.

Patriot Energy Solutions is the best company I have ever dealt with. They were so helpful from day one of contacting them through to when they left after finishing up all their work! The guys who came in are super friendly and neat which makes it easy for you as well since no one will know they were here (unless there's some sorta stain or something). Thank y'all again - this was a great experience !!!
