Vetrix Solar

I have a new system, just over a year old. Installed by Vetrix Solar. I have one panel that is dead. It's under warranty and simply won't come and fix it. They have been a no-show on 2 scheduled dates, and now won't answer their phone. They are either incredibly unprofessional or out of business. Either way, I now need to find someone who can do my warranty work. Very frustrating!

I was taken care of and informed throughout the whole process. I love my solar and getting no power bill. If you want solar, let Vetrix Solar take care of you and your goals with solar!

Vetrix Solar people were great. Robert always kept me updated on what was going on and Winston was the installer and made sure the panels were acceptable placement with me before he put them on and he even put my solar panel box a little lower to hide behind some bushes and replaced the rock around it perfectly. They were fast and professional and I highly recommend using Vetrix. We are seeing the results already. Highly recommend!

From the initial phone inquiry to the final system turn on, this company was outstanding at every phase of the process. The customer service was professional, helpful, and informative .The obtaining of permits, etc. was smooth, prompt, and painless. All questions were answered in layman terms which greatly soothed any concerns due to being a novice solar customer The crews were outstanding in answering on site questions. The install went well, except the 9 months from signing to completion to the upfront money so they could buy my system and also I’ve asked multiple times to get info on how to operate the components. Zip, zero, none, that’s right no help after I payed the competed payment, customer no service from the small town customer trying to support the small town business. I gave them one star because they were pleasant to talk to. All in all I should be more cautious who I do business with.
