Failure to fulfill agreement

I have nothing negative to say personally about Jeff Finn. However, I payed for installation in full in December 2021. Most of the panels were installed within the first several weeks. The system did not operate until august 2022. I sent countless emails to ask why the system was not completed. There was always an excuse. During this period I was told I would be compensated for the & moths the system didn’t work. I have asked for the reimbursement I was promised for 6 months to silence. I have tried to be nice but have had it. Proceed with great caution!
