Orbit went of out of business the day after they installed my solar panels. When they sent Kasey Bengel to my house on January 2023 to sell me this bill of goods they KNEW and she knew they were going out of business and I think the finance company Dividend was in on it. Literally the very next day I called Orbit with a question about my so-called tax credit and found out they were no longer in business and there goes my warranty out the window and never got my tax credit. Initially the finance company said they would be responsible for any issues I had with the panels or my roof, now that's another story. I am very angry! I recently had a solar panel installation done by Orbit Energy & Power, and unfortunately, I am not entirely satisfied with the services I received. Pros: Technical team was very skilled and product quality was really good Cons: Reliability Concerns: In my experience, there have been instances when commitments were not met, leading to delays and inconveniences. Reliable management is vital for the smooth operation of any organization. I believe in providing constructive feedback to help companies improve their services. I hope Orbit Energy & Power can address these issues and enhance the overall customer experience for future clients. In conclusion, while I had high hopes for my solar panel installation, my experience with Orbit Energy & Power left me feeling disappointed. I hope that others may have a better experience, but it's essential to be aware of these issues.

he nails used during the installation were inserted too deeply, causing them to penetrate the interior ceiling of my house. As a result, there are multiple leaks throughout my home, causing significant damage to both the exterior of the roof and the interior ceiling. This damage has also created conditions that have allowed mold to grow in light fixtures, further exacerbating the situation. I am deeply concerned about the health implications this may have for my family.

They are out of business, don't continue to talk to them. We overpaid for our systems and are now out of the warranty they promised. Buyer beware!

I’m just now hearing they are out of business and my solar panels are not working so I’m still paying for them??? I think I need to get a lawyer

As with a bunch of other reviews here my system was never turned on and now I have a bunch of junk on my roof. Oh and apparently I'm paying for it and the company Mosaic (finance company) could give 2 shits about you not having a working system. It almost sounds like a SCAM. I guess it's time to contact a lawyer, TV to investigate and Maryland Attorney General.
