Management is non professionals and irrelaible

I recently had a solar panel installation done by Orbit Energy & Power, and unfortunately, I am not entirely satisfied with the services I received. While there were some positive aspects, there were also several issues that need improvement. Pros: Technical team was very skilled and product quality was really good Cons: Reliability Concerns: In my experience, there have been instances when commitments were not met, leading to delays and inconveniences. Reliable management is vital for the smooth operation of any organization. I believe in providing constructive feedback to help companies improve their services. I hope Orbit Energy & Power can address these issues and enhance the overall customer experience for future clients. In conclusion, while I had high hopes for my solar panel installation, my experience with Orbit Energy & Power left me feeling disappointed. I hope that others may have a better experience, but it's essential to be aware of these issues.

The installation process itself resulted in severe damage to my roof.

he nails used during the installation were inserted too deeply, causing them to penetrate the interior ceiling of my house. As a result, there are multiple leaks throughout my home, causing significant damage to both the exterior of the roof and the interior ceiling. This damage has also created conditions that have allowed mold to grow in light fixtures, further exacerbating the situation. I am deeply concerned about the health implications this may have for my family.

They are out of business

They are out of business, don't continue to talk to them. We overpaid for our systems and are now out of the warranty they promised. Buyer beware!

Can orbit energy be sued?

I’m just now hearing they are out of business and my solar panels are not working so I’m still paying for them??? I think I need to get a lawyer

Pieces of Shit

As with a bunch of other reviews here my system was never turned on and now I have a bunch of junk on my roof. Oh and apparently I'm paying for it and the company Mosaic (finance company) could give 2 shits about you not having a working system. It almost sounds like a SCAM. I guess it's time to contact a lawyer, TV to investigate and Maryland Attorney General.
