Let me start with I am a veteran of this industry going on 13 years now. Enium is on top of their stuff! I love how they pick up the phone and make the sales process super smooth! They are professional and timely especially with funding! Dave has been super great, essentially being a partner to us in making sure the accounts are submitted properly, answering calls and overall being helpful. I would recommend to any installer looking to have quality lending partner!

Gave Revolution Solar the entire loan amount before the work was started. Now no one will answer the phone and they have sold the all the Revolution Solar loan notes to another company. Scammers!

Please do not trust any sales person from this company, I really thought I could trust our salesman, Brandyn Bailey but he is as ruthless as they come. He promised my Dad and myself over and over that if he signed up for Solar, He would get a 20,000 rebate. We asked him at least 25 times how to get the rebate and he said to just give our information to the Tax guy. Well by the time I called Eninum back to find out why our bill with them went up to 377 dollars a mo. up 100 dollars , I was told by our tax guy and the Enium rep that we did not qualify, yes, because the rebate is based on Federal Tax withheld by your employer!!! My dad is 88 yrs old. He doesn’t look like he could stand up for 10 minutes let alone start working !!! Complete Jerks is how Enium went about blaming us for not seeing that the contract reads for any discounts or specials pls consult your tax professional. Really? So yeah, they will sell their grandmother off if they could. Disgusting Dirty Company, sales people, managers, lawyers, just everything about them is super slimy. Beware!

I have been paying for solar panels that do not work plus an electric bill. They do not respond to calls or correspondence regarding unusable solar panels. They convinced me to take out a huge loan because solar would save me money. Now I pay twice. Electric bill and solar panels. I have one income and cannot afford both payments. Also told me I could get a tax rebate for $26k. That has yet to happen and the solar company they have fixing my solar panels know nothing about that or the insurance on the panels if they get damaged. They are complete crooks.

I’m screwed payments are way higher than discussed. They won’t help. I was charged double what I should have been and told those amounts will change later, just sign it for now to get the solar up and running. That all was a lie. Got me to sign the paperwork now I’m just stuck with it. No help. They don’t care for their customers. Just want your money. But hey they will approve anyone for a loan. Now they think they are making things right by getting as new solar company to monitor our system. That’s not the whole problem the payment! Is the problem. It’s double what my electric bill would be.
