My wife and I can't say enough about RSRV. They are super professional, extremely knowledgeable, and flexible beyond belief. From the start our "Energy Expert" Aaron was nice and was willing to go above and beyond to answer our questions as well as get us everything we requested. Most of the other companies we spoke to engaged in small installer bashing on grounds of things like "buying power" to drive the price down and the company's ability to survive over time to continue service after the sale. RSRV actually ended up beating the prices of those companies with comparable equipment and with the people/workmanship they provide should be around for decades. Now that we are installed and producing I would put RSRV up against any installer in the Carolinas as top in all categories. Once we had the warm and fuzzy with RSRV, we began nit picking the recommended equipment and came up with some requests for things like Enphase Micro Inverters (to my understanding not in RSRV's forte until NOW!) RSRV was accommodating to all of our requests and made the effort to learn the equipment. The install process went well. The install team prides themselves on cosmetics as much as functional design. I spent most of the installation day watching/learning/distracting them, yet they still were able to do great work. Thanks RSRV for helping us to go SOLAR!
