I contracted with USNOA on 10/2/21 for my solar system and HVAC. They promised 2 days on site, done by EOY, and only 1 day without power. After 1.5 years, 10 days on site, and 3 days without power, we still are not complete! USNOA installed the complete incorrect HVAC too leaving me without heat for a full year! I received a quote for $12.5k just to fix their work! They also told me all work would be done in house but then subcontracted out the HVAC work. Lastly, they did not get permits for the HVAC work, nor are they licensed to complete this work at all! They are using someone else’s contractors license to complete jobs. Avoid at all costs! Unlimited Solar Technology Corp is the next business in the line ran by Anthony Passaro. He has done this with multiple businesses. Once they run up the bad reviews he moves onto the next! Hes a con, fraud, and will be in prison shortly. I have sent my breach of contract and termination letter and haven’t heard back in over 6 months so I will assume that USNOA does not expect payment as they have abandoned my project.

On 12-21-20 I paid Unlimited Solar for two solar batteries and installation a total of $20,000. I was told by the salesperson, Maurice King, that I needed to pay the contract amount in full before 2021 in order to take the solar federal tax deduction, so I did. As of today, 10-13-21 Unlimited Solar has not provided me with the Tesla solar batteries or installation. After repeated calls and messages, most of which went unanswered, I was told during the summer that the Tesla batteries were not available and I should take the Enphase batteries instead. Then I was told that would require a new county permit which could take months. During that time, I had to keep calling for updates, but was always told they are “waiting on the permit.” I was finally given the date of October 5, 2021 at 10:00 AM for my battery installation. No one came. I called the salesperson and the office. I was told by the office that they had to cancel the installation for October 5 and that they don’t have the batteries, never once notifying me of this in advance. That was the last straw. I did some research and found a neighbor who had used the same company That day, I walked to their house and met them. They had an installation of solar and Tesla batteries this February 2021 by the same company, Unlimited Solar. I paid in full before they paid, and they received their batteries. I did not. At this time, it appears that Unlimited Solar has no intention of fulfilling their contract and is using my money instead to float their business. Several weeks ago, I was contacted by a lady in Delray. My name was given as a customer referral. It appears they are still signing up customers although they do not fulfill orders. They are engaging in fraud. I am going to file a police report for fraud against the owner of Unlimited Solar, Justin C. Talmadge. I urge others to do the same. I have already opened a complaint to the BBB. I can’t afford to lose a large sum of money like this and I do not accept being disrespected by these people.

The company was helpful from the beginning. They kept me updated and helped me with the permits. Fast install. I would recommend.

Maurice King was very professional and knowledgeable, he explained to me everything in detail and answered all of my questions. I got different quotes from other solar companies but Unlimited Solar got my business! They installed my system within 3 months and kept me updated throughout every step of the project. I'm super happy with my purchase and decision to go solar with them!

I did not have any problems with the installation team. They were prompt, courteous and professional. At present, Unlimited Solar satisfied all issues that were brought to their attention.
