Carolina Solar and Security

They were referred to us by our home warranty company to service our hot water heater. I was told by the technician to send a payment and pictures of the water heater to speed up the process. I did so because I trusted that they would be reputable since they were associated with my home warranty company. After they got my payment, I was given the "runaround" for a week, and they never came to my residence. Finally they stopped picking up my phone calls and their voicemail was full. I feel like I was scammed! We were without hot water for a week and couldn't get them here after we paid (they supposedly do plumbing also.) Please beware of dealing with them.

I have been waiting for my Solar panels since July 29, 2019 it is 12/20/2019 and they are still not installed. It has been one excuse after another they keep passing the blame on the permit office taking a long time but it has been over four months. Please do yourself a favor and don't use them for anything. Just a bunch of slick talking with no action to follow. My solar panels have been sitting in my front yard killing my grass and looking ridiculous. RUN!!!!!!!!!
