I had Aura Service Pro come and performed a service on my hvac unit and fixed a leak. They did a great job and also cleaned my air ducts and improved the air quality at my home to the point we can actually feel the difference! Thanks for excellent service, I definitely recommend you guys.

The people of Aura Service Pro are incompetent, dishonest, and unprofessional. They didn't show up for their first scheduled appointment, saying that they had called me to say so. They did not, nor did they leave a message or send a text. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and scheduled another appointment. After receiving a bid for repairs/installation for A/C ductwork, I called for additional information about the service and procedures contained in the bid. After being promised each day for four days that a technician would contact me regarding the service - calls which I never received - they began hanging up on me and refused to take my calls. I'm not sure who's actually running this company, but I am certain that they are not honest, competent, or professional. My recommendation to everyone considering this company: avoid them at all costs. A one-star rating is much more than they deserve.
