Xolar renewable energy

I began a solar installation project with Xolar on May 30, 2025, and everything seemed promising at first. By July 18, all audits and approvals were completed, and I paid the full amount on July 25. Up until that point, communication was excellent—calls, emails, and texts every other day. However, once payment was made, everything changed. The promised delivery date of August 15 came and went with no updates. I had to chase down the company through every channel I could find online just to get a response. Eventually, the equipment was delivered on August 29, and installation was scheduled for September 10. On installation day, the team discovered missing components—despite them being listed on the delivery inventory. They couldn’t proceed, and when I asked for an explanation, a manager told me, “We’re not IKEA ...” I was promised the missing parts would arrive by September 15 or 16, but as of September 17, nothing has been delivered. I’ve paid in full, complied with every requirement, and yet I’m left with an incomplete system and no accountability from Xolar. I strongly advise others to avoid Xolar. This has been the worst experience I’ve had with any company.
