poor install and repair

The installation crew broke several holes in my ceiling didn't properly seal the junction box. When contacting willpower solar about half the system not producing it took 13 months for the owners to come by to repair the system. now the inverter was replaced and am waiting on willpower to update the inverter serial number so I can monitor the production of my solar system
