Accept Solar

A terrible experience working with Shawn and Accept Solar. He promised the world, then when it came time to deliver he was no where to be seen and untraceable by phone or email.

We could not recommend working with any company less. We signed a contract with Accept Solar to have solar panels put on our house. Shawn Ferreira (Shawn Cunniff) the owner was helpful...until the company had over $20k of our money in payments. That is when issues started to arise with the permitting process and they would need to change the design. At this point, we decided to cancel the project and contract. We were promised our money back multiple times over several months, but as each time we were supposed to receive a check we got radio silence from Shawn then finally that he needed more time. We have talked to Shawn (owner) multiple times as well as talked to Dan Mascroft (Operations) at their office, but have not received any solution and are still owed our money back.

Sean and team were very professional and direct from start to finish. We have a very complicated roof (lots of dormers and angles, little attic space) and the team was able to construct and deliver on what was desired. Every small detail was taken care of on the spot and the communication during the process was ideal. We had a small ordering issue (my fault) which was handled immediately by the team. I would highly recommend Accept Solar due to their upfront, competitive pricing as well their management skills

Researched 4 company’s, it’s amazing how different they all really were, but Accept Solar had the best pricing, the top rated panels and the best warranty programs, plus they have their own installation crew. Our system was installed in 50 days and powered on within 2 more weeks. We had a great experience and are very happy

I found the company online and read the reviews so it's important I continue with the same. If I didn't read the reviews I would never have choose them, but I'm glad I did. Everything I read from other people was the same experience I had with them, I made a great choice and you will as well if you read this. From the beginning with getting a quote to the middle with the customer serviceI received to the day of my install, everyone was awesome. I even spoke to the install crew the day of the install and they even told me how happy they were working for the owner and the company. Excellent experience!
