Workmanship Warranty

R&T SOLAR ELECTRIC ENERGY, for a period of twenty-five years (25) , shall bear full
cost for diagnosing, repairing, or, at R&T SOLAR ELECTRIC ENERGY’ sole discretion, replacing any component of the PV System
installed by R&T SOLAR ELECTRIC ENERGY that fails or suffers malfunction, except to the extent such failure or malfunction is
covered by the PV System component manufacturers’ warranty.
This Warranty covers the following components and installations by R&T SOLAR ELECTRIC ENERGY: photovoltaic modules, mounting
brackets or tracking structures, inverters, wiring, foundations for the free standing systems, utility-required
interconnection equipment, together with any other equipment eligible for the State of California’s rebate/incentive
programs. This Warranty also extends to any leaks proximately caused by roof penetrations R&T SOLAR ELECTRIC ENERGY made
while installing the PV System, but it does not extend to leaks that would have occurred even in the absence of such penetrations.
