waiting for inverter installation

This is the worst company ever. We installed the solar system end of 2019, and the inverter stopped working after a short time. During the entire time, no one informed us the inverter was broken, we eventually found out on our own in July 2022. So we contacted the company, they sent us a new inverter, but couldn't get us a tech to install...it's been 2 months, the company still says short of staff, no eta, we just keep waiting and waiting.......
