Baker Electric Home Energy

They gave me a false promise for 6 months and only told me they wouldn't do it at the very end. Their manager blames me for their miscommunication and refused to even apologize. They are 30-50% more expensive than other installers. I definitely didn't expect to be treated like this.

We chose Baker because they were willing to size our solar and had a plan to install on our light weight concrete tile roof. We moved into our home at the beginning of the year and were eager to get solar before the hot summer months. Our new home is much larger than our previous home, has a lot more windows and is further east, so it is a few degrees hotter in the summer than our previous home. We knew our electric bill would be high if we relied 100% on the grid for our power. There were two challenges with our solar that delayed or turned away a couple of companies. 1st was our roof is light weight concrete tiles, which are fairly brittle, making solar install a bit trickier. The 2nd was that we didn't have months of power bills to help size the necessary solar to power our home. Baker was willing and able to overcome both without any hesitation. They were quick to get us scheduled and we just powered up this week, a full month before Summer.
