Oak Electric

Oak Electric installed a solar array 7 years ago. The process went well. Since then, as my tree lines continued to grow and increase shade issues, I also had two panels experience problems. I reached out for warranty help (while the brand was experiencing their own coverage issues) and explained the other issues in July, was patient with the process, and long story short, Oak Electric went above and beyond expectations to remedy and supersede the issues.

Oak Electric was great to work with. Their workmanship was excellent, their communication was fantastic and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. They did a great job of ensuring that the installation was not only functional but was aesthetically pleasing. They also made a great effort to make sure we understood exactly where everything would be installed, and that we understood how to operate it.

Oak Electric is the best. Great communication from start to finish on my solar panel & Tesla Powerwall 3 installation.

I actuall would rate Oak Electric 10+ if I could. I had a solar system installed. My situation might have been a rare case where majority of the panels are on the garage so that the PVC pipe that has electric cables in goes in the ground across the yard to the house. City Inspector who was not solar knowledgeable gave them a hard time who tested the crew and my patience because he had to see the pipe covered with dirty due to revised city codes/ordinance. Despite his numerous unreasonable requests, the crew responded in responsible fashion. It took a while because of that, though my solar system is now up and running ready to be monitored. Thank you Jason and his crew for a wonder work and service. I highly recommend Oak Electric, an established compay, for a solar system. I'm speaking from my experience as their customer.
