The worse company I have ever worked with. The worse customer service since Desiree left. They appear good when they sell you the system - but no follow up when there is a problem. Sold me a bad system (AUO) - and they knew it soon after. Had four panels down in April - they got around to it in August - and then told me I had another panel down. They were suppose to come last Tuesday - called me Monday and said it would be Wednesday (ok). Waited all Wednesday morning - no one showed up - finally got someone on the phone who said no they weren't coming. Then, said they would come on Saturday - no one showed all day. Emailed - emailed - emailed - emailed - it is Sunday and I still have not heard back. Do not be talked into their sales pitch. I have 25 year warranty on panels - and they told me - O that company won't pay. I had to do all leg work for warranty and I did get paid.

Mohr Power Solar did a good job for us. I'm an Engineer and we are very picky about the details. Upon the survey we went over all the details to confirm what the sales-rep told us and all went well. In fact I asked for a few addition details Mohr Power agreed to do no extra charge. Salesmen was polite and very informative. I felt like the other quotes were just knowledgeable about the sales price. The installers were pretty crafty and took the time to do the job right not a quote rush install. Anyway we are happy with Mohr and would give them a 10 score if we could. We have already given Mohr Power 3 referrals to our friends and neighbors who are also happy.
