EnSMARRT

We had a fantastic experience working with everyone at EnSMARTT. They installed solar for us at the end of 2022. Communication was clear at every step of the process and everything was completed on the schedule that they had communicated with us. We just wrapped up our first year of production and the estimates were incredibly spot on over the course of the year. We have no regrets and would recommend EnSMARTT without any reservation.

Working with Eddie and the entire crew was a great experience. I was apprehensive going into my introduction to solar but Eddie was informative and answered all of the questions I threw at him. The installation crew are all professional, efficient, really personable. My system was installed much faster than expected and now that it's finished, I'm know I chose the right company for my jump into solar. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend EnSMARRT for anyone interested in taking advantage of this technology.

We had a great experience with the installation of our solar system even with the supply chain issues that occurred. They always responded within a day to any of our questions. The crews that did the installation were fantastic. Definitely will be recommending EnSMARRT to friends that are interested in solar.

EnSMARRT was a middle-cost bid out of 4 solar installers that I evaluated. The equipment they offered was a step above the others, with significantly lower degradation over the supported lifespan of the panels. I had a huge number of questions before I decided on sizing, and Eddie was very patient and responsive with my many rounds of second-guessing before I committed to his offer. Installation was an easy process with 2 on-site days: an initial inspection and quick rough-out of the cabling and a long day to install the panels, once the design was approved a couple weeks later. The whole process was completely without drama or mishap. Exactly what you want from a contractor. :-) The SunPower monitoring app is simple, and gives me good summary data. I’m a nerd and would appreciate more detail, but that’s a minor complaint. Perhaps I can get more from the full website. Overall, I highly recommend EnSMARRT.

Getting solar this year when the supply chains are in a huge crunch, I was prepared for the worst. EnSmarrt however made things happen (even when our originally ordered parts ended up on back order), had great lines of communication open and did fantastic work. Hearing the inspector comment that they wish other solar companies would do the electrical the way this company did because it was safer was icing on the cake. I paid slightly more, but the customer service, product, and work is unbeatable.

I recently completed a solar installation with EnSMARRT. I couldn't be happier with the experience they provided. I ended up choosing them over a larger, 'corporate' competitor and am so glad I did. From the start, Eddie was a great guide and companion throughout the journey. I always felt like I was his only customer (even though I knew they were very busy!) - that's just the way he handles everything. It was so reassuring to be able to rely on Eddie being incredibly responsive at every turn. He worked with me to get the system design exactly right - I never felt like I was a bother in requesting countless changes or asking endless questions. Since our roof wasn't brand new, I had a lot of concerns about whether installing solar was the right call. They sent their roofing expert, Aaron, out to do an inspection. Aaron is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to roofing and an incredibly nice person on top of that. After explaining the condition of my roof (we were a go for solar!) he said he noticed a few minor issues. Without me even asking, he said he was going to take care of them for me. He spent a good hour on the roof in drizzling 40 degree weather patching up some nail holes, fixing a shingle that had a nail popping up, and other various other things. Just incredible service that was over and above. The team that performed the installation was great too! They were all very polite and respectful of our home. Chip made sure the operation ran smoothly - he and Eric stayed late on the installation day to finish up some electrical work. Matt and his team worked tirelessly to make sure the panels looked symmetrical and flush - it wasn't easy given our roof wasn't perfectly even to begin with. They did a phenomenal job and the system looks great on our home! They even ran the cabling through the attic and out the side of the house to the electric hookup. The panel array sits cleanly on the roof - it's such a nice touch compared to other installations I've seen where the metal tubing runs along the roof. The city permitting process and net metering application process was painless and hiccup free. Overall, I can't say enough good things about Eddie and the team at EnSMARRT. They are just simply good people. Even though I'm thrilled to log into my app and see the Sunpower system blazing away, I'm a tiny bit sad because I miss the journey with the EnSMARRT team. :)
