Offering both in person and virtual appointments, Solara Solar starts by assessing your property to create a clear, detailed proposal. This includes a custom system design, savings breakdown, and a straightforward overview of next steps. Your proposal is personally presented by one of our trusted Solar Advocates, who walks you through every detail and answers any questions. Homeowners are encouraged to take their time reviewing the proposal, discussing it, and doing their own research. Once an agreement is reviewed and signed, a certified Solara Solar site surveyor completes a physical assessment of the home. During the site survey, we evaluate the roof’s structure and condition to ensure it can safely support a solar system while meeting all local and state requirements. We also review the home’s electrical system, wiring condition, and available breaker capacity to confirm proper interconnection. If a panel upgrade is needed, it can often be incorporated into the project at no additional out of pocket cost. Finally, we check for any surrounding obstructions that could impact solar production or installation.
