Texas Engineered Solar

This site is where I first heard of this company. I had an amazing customer service from Jeff who was very knowledgeable and passionate of what he does. He gave me both advantages and disadvantage for my specific situation and did not pressure me into going solar unlike other companies. Jeff answered all my questions and maintain great communication throughout the entire process. If you are wondering if solar is right for you or have a few questions I recommend calling Texas Engineered Solar as they will not pressure you into committing to solar.

Jeff spent a lot of time communicating with me via email and phone, answering many questions for months before I asked him to come out and give me a quote. He is very patient and knowledgeable! He was able to install a quality system on my roof quickly! It functions great and Jeff has set me up with apps on my phone to track my systems performance. He is proactive in sending me information relative to my system and always ready to help when I call with questions!! I highly recommend his services to anyone who needs a solar power system.

Not much else I can say that hasn't been already said by other reviews. Jeff was recommended to me by a co-worker who had panels installed by him. That individual had done his own research for over 6 months before chosing Jeff. From the start, Jeff has been attentative, responsive, professional, and easy to work with. I like that he lays out the fact based on his analysis and provides options for what you need/want. With this suggestion, I was ablt to add in a generator plug to use in case of bad weather (less expensive than a battery backup). In the end, the finished product looks great and so far it has been working without any issues. If you are looking for someone to guide you and not just try to upsell you servies and products, I would highly recommend Jeff to be that person.

To describe Jeff's Customer Service as excellent, would be an understatement. There wasn't a single moment, where I felt Jeff with Texas Engineered Solar didn't have MY best intentions. Not a company, not a corporation, ME, the customer. You can tell he has a passion for his work, & his business. What made this even better is there's no middle man. There's no salesman who lacks the knowledge of an installer. Why? Because Jeff IS the man that handles it all. He ALWAYS kept me up to date through each stage of the process. He made it so easy. I KNOW I got the best deal for me & my home, without any sort of upsell that wasn't necessary. Texas Engineered Solar is not here to make money off of you, or for a commission; they're here to give you quality customer service that can't be beat as you take your venture into solar panels. You won't be disappointed!

We had to get a new roof, and along with that, the solar panels had to be taken down and put back up. Not only did they do that, but Jeff found 3 faulty panels and replaced them, and he replaced our 3G service that connected our panels to the app with wifi. A tree on our property was rubbing up against the solar panel, so not only did he do the things I just said, but he cut those branches off, too. He was informative in every step, too, and educated us on the mistakes the prior solar installer did and how he corrected them.

I would highly recommend Jeff Butler and Texas Engineered Solar. Jeff was extremely helpful when I began my search for a solar company at my new construction. He answered all my incessant questions, and after meeting him for the first time, I knew I had made the right decision. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding the technical details of solar, but also incredibly customer service focused and personable. He has always been very responsive when I reach out to him, even after completed payment. I would not hesitate one second to hire Jeff again or to recommend him for any type of solar needs.
