I am once again adding to my review of Strongbuilt...I recently had 3 technicians come out to do maintenance on my HVAC system (Kevin and Sal) and to install a water softenener under my sink, as well as flush my water heater (Samuel)...as usual Strongbuilt sent very knowledgeable, skilled, professional, courteous and kind technicians...I have to add to this since the last techs came out...as this site does not let me write new ones, unless I delete the old...so this is my newest addition (Feb 27, 2023.

We hired them to install a new HVAC. After the loan went through, the works slowed down. They left a large gaps between the house and the HVAC system, and a crack on our ceiling. They said that they will be back to fix those, but they never did. I contacted them more than 4 times, and nothing happens yet. It is now 2+ months since they started the project and we still looking at the crack on the ceiling and the large gap in the back of the house. I even contacted their headquarter in AZ but they did not even bother to call me back. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

After a life threatening experience with excessive heat and no air conditioning due to a bad a/c circuit in July 2021, S/B staff and technicians responded to my emergency like true blue troopers. At least five technicians were in my home showing me the utmost kindness, courtesy, professionalism and technical knowledge and enabled me to recover from this harrowing experience. On September 22, 2021, Joe, Jose, and Patrick upgraded my 61 year old circuit breaker and added on, at my request, a surge protector, taking a solid 8 hours in a magnificent effort in providing top notch service. There are numerous other male technicians and female staff at S/B in this effort and I sincerely appreciate everyone's concern and pride in your work. I have always used S/B in my home upgrades and will continue to do so. Kudos to all on your outstanding efforts.

Strongbuilt installed our new solar system. We were impressed with their initial visit and their follow-up communications. They were very careful of our property and did an excellent job installing the 20 panels which makeup our roof top system. They have been responsive to each time I reached out to them with a question. I would highly recommend them.

Vincent, Bill, Manny, and the rest of the team at StringBuilt Solar have been great to work with. They replaced an old furnace and installed a solar system on my flat TPO roof. The quality and workmanship was great. The technicians were prompt, courteous and went out of their way to clean up after themselves and leave the area cleaner than they had found it. Overall I am highly satisfied with the work they have done for me and I will be calling them first when I am ready to upgrade my swamp coolers to AC.

Such a great experience working with vince and team through this project. They took care of everything and was very smooth process. The customer service was world class service as well.
