I had the Bella team out to look at my personal residence in Wheaton, IL. I have wanted to go with a solar energy solution, but was unsure of the ROI, especially around the payoff period. The team performed a complete evaluation and was straightforward with me about the kinds of cost benefits I would receive should I proceed. Ultimately, I did not go with the service because (as they pointed out) the surrounding trees presented a significant barrier to getting enough sunlight. They were patient, explaining all potential savings (e.g., federal and state tax incentives, ongoing energy savings), and ultimately the 12-year payback period was not significant enough for me to go forward with the service. That said, if I move (or if the trees come down), they would be the first company I call.
