Power Pay

I called Customer Service and was transferred 4xs, the 3rd Agent place me on hold for 45 minutes to then hang up on me. The 4th person that i was transferred too, was very sarcastic and undermining me, to then hang up on my face. I spent an hour and a half with no resolution. How a company does not have any information about the loan. To state that a 4 year loan it’s old and no information in their system. Then , how you are able to send me monthly statements…. I had to give her information about the loan and the amount , for her to turn around and respond “how do you know that amount”, say what!!! By looking at my statement lady! After a lengthy convo, she added , that PowerPay will take for 15years interest payments then after the 15 year mark every payment after that will go towards the Principal but in the meantime, their automated system will take what ever amount they want towards interest. All four Customer agent gave me the run around and no legit response, as if they didn’t know what they were doing. They were not professional and their customer service lack professionalism and quality. PowerPay is a scam and thieves. Will give an example, Out of the monthly payment 12% goes towards the Principal of the loan. Another example, if your loan monthly payment is $170 only $20.40 goes towards the principal , sometimes less due to their automated system, and the rest of the amount towards the interest. It’s a rip off. The amount towards the Principal should be more than the interest and it should be the same amount every month not less every time. Stop ripping off people that has trusted your Company.
