I live in humboldt county, and used greenwired to install battery-backed, grid-tied solar. It was a largish solar install, done in a field over 300 feet from hour house. This involved significant trenching. At my request, the work was done in 2 stages, completing the trench work before the worst of the humboldt winter: this worked out very well. All work was completed as bid, and on time. As they advertise, greenwired took care of all paperwork, including building permits and PGE grid tie approval. I ask a lot of questions, and greenwired provided prompt, patient, and well-informed answers. The install team was both professional and friendly, and careful to check with me when needed. I'm very pleased with the results, and I'd use them again.

After getting many estimates and designs from several companies we chose to go with Greenwired. They had the best design for our house, putting all the panels on the South side roof while other companies put a few on the south side and more on other sides. They were professional all through the process and the installation only took a day and a half. The guys who came to install were courteous and professional.
