They came in behind an existing solar installation to add some panels and also install a Tesla Powerwall. They co-ordinated well with Dominion, our county and ourselves. The biggest issue that was beyond their control was a long delay on getting the Powerwall. Everyone who was involved with the project was professional and responsive to my many emails. The crew that did the install (Scott & 2 men named Chris) were careful of the property both inside and out as they worked. And did not leave until everything was up, running and all questions asked despite a LONG and hot day. Thanks guys!

The team installed my 27 panel solar system in November 2011. The installation was neat and met my high standards. It has been totally reliable ever since. I check and plot the output periodically, and there has been no decline in output over nearly 9 years, and it has more than paid for itself in reduced Entergy bills. There have been no roof leaks under the solar panels.

Southern Power Partners was great to work with, especially with our project being a new construction. They helped with discussions in the design phase with our architect and provided the electrician with accurate drawings for the solar wiring. This was very helpful in avoiding confusion because everyone knew what their responsibility was. Once we got to the construction phase, they made an extra trip to ensure all of the solar and storage equipment layouts worked with the other contractors on the project. They even helped us with the HOA approval process. The install crew was polite and very professional and left the job site cleaner then when they started. We passed inspections very quickly. The communication along the way from the administrative team was superb and we were given updates through each step of the process. We got everything and more from this project and are very happy with the result. I highly recommend the Southern Power Partners.

From the very beginning initial consultations, until the monitoring system was fully functioning, there was nothing but quick and responsive help from this company. The plans were detailed and thorough, the installation was professional, on-time, and quick. The information and guidance in getting final approvals and sign-offs was helpful. And even after the final bill was paid and the system was functioning, they made sure to check back and test that the monitoring system was up to my expectations. I have been working with their Chief Technical Officer Scott Oman for designing, installing, maintaining and upgrading the solar array at my residential property since 2009. Scott is extremely knowledgeable and has always been able to make some highly technical issues very understandable to me.
