Please do your homework

Negative experience, but partially my fault. When I signed the contract, I relied on the estimate given that was based on a satellite(?) image of the roof. My advice to all is to make sure that 1. Your company does an onsite inspection. 2. You make sure that your company has experience with the hardware and software that you have. A customer never wants to hear, "I've never seen this before" Even though my panels are only 7 years old everything has, apparently changed, and this company was unfamiliar with many aspects of this job. Something that was scheduled to take 5 days, took 3 months, an insurance claim, was thousands over budget and STILL does not work as it did before (does not communicate with enphase)
