David, I've just forwarded Solaredge's email meant for my installer to your email address dhollens@comcast.net. Please kindly make this a top priority to have our system back up and running. As I indicated to you before, if you are not going to be there for us as the installer such as in this case, I am happy with you selling our system to your other customers. Harvest Solar that you referred me to and others refuse to service any system and/or inverter they did not install. So I am stuck without you being responsive, and can't do anything with this monumental waste of investment. I look forward to have the inverter problem fixed ASAP this week, or I'll gladly return the system to you to dispose to your other customers. The system has been down since April 28, 2023, and it doesn't touch you that we have been generating nothing, and are being charged by DTE despite a system that its payback has now gone up to more than 25 years. Such an investment doesn't make sense, especially with an installer that will abandon and leave the customer high and dry.
