Flo Energy

The sales and installation of our solar system was good. However, follow up was non existent. It took over 6 months to get our system active and only when I called Flo did I learn that it was being held up by FPL (I would still be waiting if I hadn't called). No one in the company contacted me about the progress after they installed the solar panels. I had questions about how the system works (no manuals) and what to expect. I sent email and called and left messages. No one called back. I finally got thru and they were puzzled on why it was taking so long. Again, no one was monitoring. I had questions about our current FPL bill and how it relates to the solar system, and again no replies. So, I know the system is working, but I don't know how well its working since I'm still getting $100 bills from FPL. And I had questions about a generator hookup and how it might affect the solar. No replies or answers.
