I have so much respect for Devin and his company. Devin was incredibly responsive, straight forward, does quality work and above all he is highly ethical. Devin owned half of H&S Electric company with his business partner doing the installations but after discovering the type of work being done, It is now sold and Devin Created HD Electric & Solar with a much better installation crew who took care of me and cleaned up the mess of his previous business partner. After the city gave their final approval that the job was complete and I fully paid for the system, I noticed a few things that didn't look right. Upon further inspection, I found many things that the installer did not do correctly, many of which were related to safety or longevity of the system and my roof. Even though the city had signed off on it and he had all my money, Devin came and also inspected things and found even more issues with the installation. We reviewed the issues together and then at his expense, he removed all the panels, did an even more in depth inspection and corrected all the issues so everything 100% is as it should be now. He did not fight me on this, on the contrary, he went the extra mile to ensure everything was as it should be. I can't even express how gut wrenching it was to realize the issues with the first installation and then to experience a man of upstanding character who would put doing the right thing ahead of personal gain and make things right. I would trust him with any project. I had never met Devin before getting solar installed and now I consider him a friend and someone in this world I truly respect.

Working with Devin was a great experience. Prior to working with him, other companies only pushed sales and I would end the conversation early. Devin however, was kind to educate me about the science of solar, product options, and made recommendations that helped me and my family with our energy needs. He was thorough to educate before, during, and after the installation. It was clear that Devin cares about his customer first.
