Smart Green Solar

Communication was poof from the get go. Once sales has you signed they disappear and hand you off to a faceless person behind the phone or text. It took nearly 10 months for final install. Once finally on the roof. approved and activated the first storm hit and the system is now functioning at 50% with panels erroring out. I have not had a full months use of solar power to even know if this has been worth my while or not. I contacted company - only reachable via text who told me system errors were due to snow cover. I confirmed the snow was indeed off the roof and panels then allowed two more days for data tracking purposes and system still showing errors. Contacted company again and was told a service ticket would be set up and I would hear from someone - that was 1- days ago. This entire process has been poor. Run don't walk from this company.

They are unprofessional, not trustworthy, unresponsive, over priced, do shabby work--this company should not be allowed to conduct business.

The crew was very kind! They explained the process as they went along. Some minor changes needed to be made and all went well. The cleaned up and put in a long hard day of work.

Excellent communication through out the project. Always there when you call. Installer were very friendly and left the site perfectly clean.

My wife and I cannot be happier with this whole solar process. I was in constant communication with my energy consultant Bob and the operations manager for RI, Milton. Since the completion of my project 3 of my neighbors have decided to go solar as well and Smart Green paid me for the referral!!
