Isaí the owner owes a bunch of commission , payment, completed service, etc to folks as can be seen in reviews by different people that don’t even know each other , including customers who had paid them 5+ figure cash down payments $$$ prior to owner flying off to Cancun , and also to Colombia , before any work was complete, and then he doesn’t respond to repeated attempts to communicate about it. Well he does, and then he gets the money, and then runs , 100% of the time more or less - Apparently my previous review without background info/1 star without comments from earlier this year was removed. for what reason or who requested that removal i don’t know for sure, but i do see a similar report was made from somebody else just a couple weeks ago… And not to get into the detail of the poor customers’ whole experience .. That’s a whole other roll … I’ll leave it at that. So for anybody thinking about using this “company” they might want to THINK TWICE ! Josh Dinnien San Benito, Texas

Company was paid to install solar panels and roof vents. After the panels were installed I paid the balance for the entire job, company was dodging calls, texts, and emails we sent to get the roof vents installed. After the terrible customer service and lack of communication, we requested a refund of $1914.00. Company is refusing to refund this unless we sign a Non Disparagement agreement. I refuse to be bullied into silence, and will not sign this ridiculous agreement. Will proceed to small claims court.

I am a current customer with RGV Solar and I am very pleased with my 22kw system. I have no had any issues during installation or any process whatsoever. I did have to have a minor repair and when I called them they were able to service me within 24 hours. I would recommend this company to anyone who lives in the Rio Grande Valley.

Hello! I wanted to share my review for RGV Solar, Isai, and his staff. I did my due diligence and shopped around a few companies when I was in the market for a solar system. The difference between RGV Solar is night and day from everyone else. The sales presentation, the presentation overall, the customer communication, and also the installation process was something that I was very happy with. My system has been installed for two years and I haven't had any problems or issues whatsoever. However, I ve still reached out to RGV Solar and they were able to answer all my questions and be very helpful even after all this time. I've already recommended RGV Solar to a few friends and family and I believe one of them has already signed up as well. I wish RGV Solar the best moving forward and im happy to recommend them as well.

The folks at RGV solar are honest and dependable. Isai, the owner, is straight forward. He does not promise more the he can deliver. There are many people out there selling solar panel service. I did my research and am confident, I made the right choice. RGV Solar is locally owned and operated. That is a plus for me!
