No show project manager

We had a complex project: 3 heat pumps and new boiler. Because of a lack of coordination and leadership from management (Marc the project manager actually never came even once to the house), it took 8 months to get everything properly installed and inspected. They damaged a brick wall and refused to reimburse us. It was an unnecessarily long and aggravating experience. The systems chosen by the sales person are good and the installers were individually doing their best (and also complaining about having to do the coordination themselves as best they could).
