We loved working with DR, Josh, and the team at Elephant Energy! We engaged initially to get a new water heater installed in our home and plan to use them for major appliance upgrades in the future. DR and Josh were very friendly, responsive, and transparent throughout the whole process. We knew that we wanted to move forward with a more energy-efficient option and Elephant set us up with the right solution for our family. They hired and organized all the contractors necessary for the install, set us up in a morning, then took care of all the rebates and warranty registration. I have no doubt that we saved a substantial amount of time and money because we worked with Elephant as opposed to doing everything ourselves.

Elephant Energy installed an air source heat pump in my home and I am very pleased with the project management and installation. EE provided experienced heat pump installers including an electrician. EE managed all aspects of the project from the design to the final inspection of the system by the city, including the paperwork for all eligible rebates. I would definitely use EE again for a future renewable energy project and would recommend them to a friend.

Our family lives in an older Denver home, built in 1890. Not terribly energy efficient but we've been dedicated to doing what we can to improve things. We have installed solar and replaced our gas stove with an induction stove. The next step was to replace our aging gas water heater with an (air exchange) Heat Pump Water Heater. We contracted with Elephant Energy for a home audit, Heat Pump Water Heater and an electrical box upgrade required to make it all happen. Not only were the folks from the Elephant sales team fantastic to work with, but their project manager and the team they contracted to do the work were also professional and efficient. Based on the experience and quality of work we received from Elephant, we have decided to move ahead with their proposal to replace our gas furnace and conventional A/C system with a heat pump unit next year! Looking forward to working with them again and getting our home completely off of natural gas.

Elephant went above and beyond to help me. I had literally called three other companies in the Boulder area to help me find a replacement for a mini-split / heat pump for my office. None of them could help me and all wanted OUTRAGEOUS hourly sums to even talk about the problem. Elephant was reasonably priced, incredibly helpful on the back-end in regards to rebates with the city and excel, as well as what equipment to purchase. The installer was very kind and made sure to take care at all times when in my office. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking to upgrade your heating and cooling to a more modern energy efficient platform.

I contacted Elephant Energy in early 2023 to replace our old furnace with a cold climate heat pump. The process went very smoothly, EE managed the electrical and HVAC work, which was performed by established front range companies with years of experience. Jenn Chin at EE is a great project manager, and even coordinated some space heaters to cover us for the day or so between the removal of our furnace and the completion of the heat pump installation. The heat pump was installed in March-April 2023 and immediately began delivering energy savings, as it is much more efficient than our old air conditioner. I just checked our Xcel bills and we've used about 30% less electricity over June and July this year as compared to 2022, and I think it keeps the house feeling a bit more comfortable than our old system. Highly recommend going electric through Elephant Energy! And I'm looking forward to experiencing our first gas-free winter heating system in Colorado!
