Very dissapointing

The price was great, and they were extremely supportive during the sales process. But they work with local contractors who aren't their staff, and this has been a disaster. Installation went well, though delayed, but then they didn't follow through with my local energy company and so the system didn't get turned on. The real issues came when something with the system broke and I needed repairs. They promised repeatedly they were working with the contractors to get it done, but it's been two months, and the system is still completely down. At this point, neither Nu Solar, or their local contractors (Global Solar Energy LLC) are responding. I would STRONGLY encourage you to hire a local company that does NOT use sub contractors. At this point I'm paying for a system that has done nothing for me since installation months ago, and have no clarity if or when it will be repaired.

Best solar company to deal with

I shop around for solar for 3 years and after talking with nusolar reps and how professional and knowledgable and truthful they were in their dealings and transparency decided to go ahead with them. Boy I am glad I did . the whole process was smooth and very transparent they pretty much handle everything. Want a solar system installed then nusolar is your company. Reduce my monthly bill by 200.00 monthly now that’s great savings. very happy customer.
