Village Solar Co. may be a new company, but we count on over a decade of cumulative experience in residential and small commercial solar. You've probably already seen us around! Our current crew has been a major contributor to solar in Greene County as subcontractees for other companies prior to founding Village Solar Co.

Workmanship Warranty

15 year workmanship warranty for shingle roofs, 25 year workmanship warranty on metal roofs and ground mounts.

All panels, microinverters/optimizers and mounting equipment come with a 25 manufacturer's warranty.

Great experience

My experience with Alex and Village Solar has been nothing short of amazing .From my first meeting with Alex and his personality and knowledge base through the installation and follow up .The quality of the equipment and customer service and expected results were more than expected. I would highly recommend Village Solar to anyone thinking about Solar for their home or business .

The Best!!!!

Alex Rolland is the Founder of Village Solar Co. But when he installed our solar array he was the head of a crew for another company. But ever since, if there were any problems, I'd call him even though technically it wasn't his "job". And he's always been so responsive, easy to deal with, reliable and totally knowledgeable about this industry. You couldn't hire a better person. And if you haven't already installed a solar array, then you should jump on it with all the Federal subsidies. Give Alex a call, you will be most pleased. A wonderful young man to work with!!

Professional, honest and great customer service!

Village Solar Co excels at providing individual attention to customers and answering all of your questions reassuring you through their professionalism and years of experience. Since having them install my array last summer, I’ve been experiencing a negative electric bill and it’s been great! They have given me hope that there are honest companies out there and Village Solar Co is definitely one of them! Having benefited from a solar array by Village Solar Co, I was inspired to follow suit with the company’s mission to help the community say goodbye to fossil fuels and care for the future of our planet. Village Solar Co values People and Planet over Profit which motivated me to be a part of the solution. I applied for a job with them and I’m now the company’s office manager and solar apprentice.
