Great Communication

I started the solar process with David from Panasun in November of last year. He was very knowledgeable and informative during our initial consultation, and kept us updated throughout the process. Our project coordinator and David kept my wife and I updated through each stage of the process and the installation took a day. We weren’t happy that our electric company took 3 weeks to come out and turn on our system but it wasn’t the solar company’s fault. I haven’t had any problems with my system or Panasun so far but customer support has been pretty easy to get a hold of the few times I’ve called. Highly recommend this company if you’re looking into solar.
