My experience with Team Sunshine was excellent. Friendly, professional and responsible. They provided an affordable solar system for my family and answered all of my concerns and questions. They respected my property and cleaned up the working site site when completed the installation. Highly Recommended.

I've found Ryan from Team Sunshine when I signed up for Energy Sage and started shooting around for solar. Ryan's proposal was very eye catching with their low apr on their loan as well as other great benefits like production moneyback guarantee. Not only that the Ryan was very transparent with everything and answered my questions and helped me through the application process. Then I had the pleasure of talking to Angela on the installation side and she was also very patient, understanding, and wonderful to work with. She answered all my questions with patience and professionally while also being kind and warm in the emails. Very much happy with the installation and the team and couldn't recommend these guys enough. Thanks everyone

Terrible, terrible company. This is essentially a sales driven company with no qualified in house crew to actually perform the work. The sales team will promise everything and make it sound amazing to get you to sign, but once the contract is in place, the nightmare begins. They outsource every single task to third party contractors and only act as a middleman for “project management.” Because of this, nothing is coordinated properly. Scheduled work dates are constantly pushed back, often with little to no notice, and timelines mean absolutely nothing. Even worse, they do not proactively handle permits. If you are not already knowledgeable about what permits are required, you will get burned. In my case, the project dragged on for six months without proper permits, and when I was finally forced to apply, the work failed code inspection. My heat pump project has now been dragged out for almost a full year, is still not completed, and I am left with an open permit. This is something that should never happen with a competent contractor. This company creates endless stress, delays, and financial risk for the homeowner. If you are looking for a contractor who actually has skilled crews, understands permitting, and respects timelines, stay far away.

They did solar panels and a new roof next door at my neighbors House. Decided to illegally trustpass on my posted property and broke multiple pieces of siding on my house. Let the entire stripping of the roof smash into my house damaging my deck a fence. Then proceeded to dump a pile of old shingles on my lawn and leave. Contacted this company and they think it's not there problem but the subcontractors they use. This company is a disgrace and we will be seeing them in court real soon.Stay as far away from these criminal's as you can..you have been warned

These guys are hacks. They lie and deceive and over promise, under deliver. They hire a 3rd party team for sales, install, finance. Blame the customer for their messes. Claim the system will provide above and beyond, but it does not. Actual materials cost 1/6 what they charge, then their support is non existent. I wish I never got in with this company. Their sales associated and financial company have parted ways with them. I believe we will end in a lawsuit
